Our client requires an experienced Programme Director to guide them through the setting up of a new Shared Service Centre within Finance and HR . The right individual for the opportunity will have previous experience in such a capacity and will have
the gravitas to lead a multi-functional team to success within a designated time frame. The Programme Director will have the overall responsibility for setting up the Programme Management Office. The high level design for the project has been completed. The detailed design, however, will be the initial responsibility of this role – the time frame for this is between 6-9 months. Following the migration and transition phase which is expected to take a further 6 months, t is expected that the incumbent of the role moves to running the new SSC and manage the transition of expanded scope of services beyond EMEA FTS.
