My client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain/Warehousing leader with strong management and project management skills. As Director you will be managing a team of project managers that support operations in their improvement or ramp up projects in over 7 countries in Europe.
Your role will be to analyse businesses. With the country managers and site leaders you will define improvement opportunities in order to drive constant growth.
You will be measured on the quality and PNL improvement.
As a Director you will take part into regular steering committee with internal teams to define strategy/roadmaps or with clients to support their operations.

Experience Summary: • Master Degree in engineering or economics preferred.
• At least 10 years work experience in warehousing/supply chain.
• Management experience.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Be able to influence the team in remote locations.
• Good communicator and negotiator.
• Experience in change management is a plus.
• Display good problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
• Six Sigma and Lean is a plus.
• Flexibility and availability for business trips.
• Fluent French and English are required (any other language knowledge is a plus).
