The aim and vision is to expand the company's Lean Concept across all other business areas: 'We want the Lean concept fully implemented and operational across the business.'
You are to be employed by the Performance Excellence team in Customer Services, which is responsible for Lean implementation projects and concept development. Your main responsibilities will be to plan, organise and lead Lean implementation projects and to develop the company's Lean Concept. You will be a Lean Facilitator and essentially work as an internal consultant across customer services.
In your daily work you are going to work closely with other Lean experts and operational line management, as well as with senior management and team leaders.

Experience Summary: Our client is looking for experienced, dynamic and proactive Lean Experts to join their Lean Implementation team. You will play an integral part in the drive and sustained implementation of the company's Lean Concept. You will form part of a highly visible area of the business. As such, you will need to demonstrate: • Experience of leading people, change management and process improvements • Project management experience • Conceptional thinking • Co-operation, communication and presentation skills • Customer oriented The successful candidate will perform multiple roles: • Architect – Able to understand the holistic picture of the operation, recognise and quantify improvement potential, design new solutions and process improvements. • Implementer – Has strong drive to test and implement improvements within operations; can quickly identify and put in place practical ‘quick fix’ solutions. • Coach – Can coach senior and operational line management and other Lean experts on how to improve
