* Participation in the strategy definition and development of industrial engineering solutions.
* Identifying and prioritizing improvement areas from an industrial engineering point of view and proposing of alternative manufacturing and logistical solutions.
* Facilitating the sharing of best practices between the European manufacturing centers.
* Developing and maintaining a network and strong working relationships with internal and external partners e.g. Product Development, Operations Planning, Manufacturing Clusters, Factories, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement.
Experience Summary: * Master Degree in Industrial Engineering. Postgraduate experience in Operations Research or Logistics would be an advantage.
* Minimum of five years experience in industrial engineering, in a manufacturing environment.
* In depth knowledge of modern lean manufacturing methods and concepts and experience with lean implementation.
* Expert knowledge in principles and methods of industrial engineering analysis and synthesis.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* In depth project management experience.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent English is mandatory, other European Languages are a plus.
* Strong computer skills (MS Office).
