Experience Summary: Following a successfully growth plan, this leading FMCG organisation with a global footprint is scaling up it's current Lean and Six Sigma resources in both Europe and Asia Pacific. With the success of the last 2 years of the programme and increasing pull from the business to spread the IP of Lean Sigma, the central organisation based in the US is looking to hire a lead for Training and CI development in Europe and the same in Asia Pacific. As the regional lead, you will drive the CI programme forward by increasing the critical mass of Lean Green Belts and Black Belts. Through training and development (both class room and shopfloor) you will inturn improve the ROI in the region. This ROI for Lean Sigma will significant contribute to the double digit growth for the business in these regions.

Key Criteria: * Lean and Master Black Belt level * Ability to train, coach and mentor multiple levels / multiple cultures * Strategic deployment development / training development experience * Fluency in at least 2 languages and the ability to teach in those languages * Willingness to travel across either Europe or APAC (depending on role)
