Regional Director of Lean Enterprise (relocation to Hong Kong)

My client is a Fortune 500 manufacturing company with a global footprint. Having launched a Lean Sigma programme within its manufacturing operations in the late 90's, it is now focused on Enterprise Lean within its non-manufacturing operations.

There is currently an opening for a Regional Director to lead the Lean Enterprise deployment in the Asia Region, based from Hong Kong. To be considered for this senior management opportunity, you will need to have led a large Lean Enterprise deployment at a major global company, plus be happy to relocate to Hong Kong.

You will be required to demonstrate a track record of benefits realisation in key transactional business functions, e.g. Finance, Human Resources and Sales & Marketing. You will also have managed the consistent delivery of multi-million pound annualised cost savings, and be able to demonstrate your ability to drive Lean thinking and culture within a large organisation.
