Operational Excellence Manager (Banking)

As Operational Excellence Manager for this top-tier banking organisation, you will operate as an internal consultant focused on process improvement across various operational functions.
You will have a background in Process Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma, ideally gained within a service-based or transactional environment.
You will also possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to impart knowledge to employees at all levels of the bank.
This will be complemented with strong change management skills and the ability to influence in a complex organisational structure.
Because of the cross-functional and multi-site nature of the role, you must be flexible to travel (within the UK) up to 4 days per week.
Candidates must be located and eligible to work in the UK to be considered.
