As a Lean Consultant Specialist with this globally leading consultancy you will work with big international companies and across all production industries as well as government institutions and non-profit organizations and you will be able to make lasting and important impacts within these organizations.

You will diagnose productions worldwide, rethink production strategies, analyze solutions, pilot the recommended changes, guide the implementation and help to build the clients capabilities until they are ready to achieve their organizations' most ambitious goals.

On Greenfield projects you will be strategically challenged and guide the entire phase of finding and deciding on the right location and planning of a new plant.

In the first 1-2 years as a lean specialist you will get to know the philosophy of this renowned global organization and work on transformation projects in teams with 3-4 members for at least 3 and up to 12 months or longer until the organizational and cultural changes are completely implemented.

Experience Summary: Very good academic qualification - University degree in business or economics, ideally complemented by a post-graduate degree or Phd. Fluent English next to the language of the European country where you are based in. Solid experience in lean manufacturing in any operations industy. Good problem solving skills. Analytical and conceptional skills as well as hands-on attitude and the capability to implement the recommended changes. Joy with challenges, urge to make a lasting impact, self-starting and self-motivating personality. Very strong social competence. Good presentation skills. Ready to travel 4 days a week across Europe.
