*Train & deploy Enterprise Lean Sigma at site or function organization
*Support the select core implementation team members and introduce them to the value stream management process, 5S, visual controls, VSM, Kanban, Daily MDI, etc.
*Assists in selection of teams and individuals to work Enterprise Lean Sigma implementation opportunities
*Support the development of LEAN SIGMA training plans, site’s trainers and track progress
*Effectively remove roadblocks as they arise
*Facilitate and support Kaizen events
*Communicate Lean Sigma to levels within the organization
*Implement the value stream management process (in all Sites this includes non-manufacturing processes) and track results
Experience Summary: *In-depth understanding of Lean/Six Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successfully training in these areas
*Successful and effective communicator with people at various levLean Sigma and in various functions
*Ability to track and report on project Continuous Improvement metrics
*Understanding of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Minitab and function-specific software required
*Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change.
Key Criteria: *2 or more years as a Lean Six Sigma Expert
*5 years business, operations, Lean experience (technical or manufacturing)
*TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience
*Fluent German and English knowledge
