My client is a niche Lean Sigma consultancy, with a reputation as one of the leading training providers.
It is currently looking for a Lean Sigma Programme Leader to support its ongoing UK clients. You will be an experienced Lean Sigma practitioner, ideally certified to Master Black Belt level, but also with extensive Lean / Production System experience and a passion for training.
Typical client engagements involve the delivery of training, so you must be an experienced trainer and enjoy the classroom environment. These engagements then develop to also include coaching, mentoring, deployment leadership, and sometimes project delivery.
Ideally, your industry experience will include automotive, aerospace or industrial engineering.
You will be flexible to travel during the week, and ideally located within commutable distance of the Midlands.
Candidates must be located in, and eligible to work in the UK.
Experience Summary: - Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified (or Black Belt with Master Black Belt experience)
- Lean manufacturing expert
- Production System experience
- Extensive training delivery experience
- Consultancy experience beneficial
