Lean Sigma Deployment Leader (Global)

My client is a global manufacturing group with operations in over 20 countries and a growth plan that incorporates both strong organic growth and acquisition.

As Lean Sigma Deployment Leader for one of the group's key divisions, you will be responsible for the deployment of the company's well respected Lean and Six Sigma programme across its UK, European and North American operations.

The current focus is on the implementation of Lean techniques and core elements of the company's internal production system, in particular to improve materials efficiency. Under your guidance, the programme will deliver productivity improvements and cost reductions, to facilitate both a culture of process excellence and further planned capacity growth.

You will be accomplished in the implementation of Lean manufacturing, plus have expertise in Six Sigma, defect reduction and Production Systems. You will have the leadership credentials, flexibility and influencing skills to drive improvement within a large organisation with a global footprint.
