My client is a specialist Operational Excellence consultancy. It is currently looking for several Freelance Lean Sigma consultants to assist with a programme of work for one of its Insurance provider clients.

You will be certified as a Lean Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt and have experience delivering Operational Excellence projects within the Insurance industry.

Projects will be spread across Europe, so language skills will be highly beneficial. Italian, German, Spanish, Polish and Russian are particularly of interest.

The work will begin during July and be periodic during the second half of 2009, allowing you flexibility to continue work with other clients.

This is a challenging assignment, so my client is looking for dynamic, pragmatic and pro-active change agents with the ability to instil confidence in others and quickly build credibility with key stakeholders.

Experience Summary: - Lean Sigma certified, to Black Belt level or above - Transactional Lean Sigma project delivery experience - Financial services industry experience, insurance experience a major benefit
