In this role you will be supported by the Managing Director, Ops Director and site Management team. In terms of Lean expertise, you will be supported by Regional Lean Deployment Leader Europe.

Your Responsibilities

Drive the Lean activities on a Plant

Support site management in creating/implementing the annual lean business plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance.

Lead site Continuous Improvement activities and develop the local coaches and training delivery

Manage regional and local external partners on behalf of the site.

Support development of the Plant-wide Lean managers network; contributing specialist skill as required.

Experience Summary: Experienced in successfully deploying Continuous Improvement programs (Lean and Six Sigma) in an operations environment. Experience in high volume production Degree in Engineering, Science or analytical discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in management.
