My client, a leading services company, is looking for a number of Lean Coaches to support their field based operations. You will operate as a key member of the field operations team, and be responsible for maintaining and building on the adopted Lean concepts and tools.
You will drive out waste and help to standardise the approach between sites and your natural enthusiasm and passion for Lean will be a key tool in promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
