Experience Summary: Process Improvement and Offshoring experience with the ability to lead multi million $ transformation programmes covering the deployment of people and processes to 'low cost / high skill' locations.
The business currently has a desire delivery this across back office, shared services and IT functions. This will 'change the bank' and deliver massive improvement in cycle times and cost.
Key Criteria: Strategic hands-on leader with a background in setting up offshoring and or near shoring processing centres.
