Continuous Improvement Consultants - Financial Services

My client is one of the "Big 4" international strategy practices specialising in sectors as varied as Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications and the Public sector. The UK arm of the business has achieved sustained growth in their turnover and client base over the last few years.
At present, the fundamental aim is to expand their established Operational Excellence (OPEX) team in line with expected client demands. The UK OPEX team is comprised of experienced Lean and Six Sigma professionals with significant industry experience (i.e. Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services or the Public Sector).
Although there is a requirement for professionals from all of the mentioned sectors, there is a psrticular need for professionals with a solid FS background. Previous experience of consulting within the financial market would be advantageous. However, the right candidate will also have the following:
- Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt / Transactional Lean training
- Ideally Degree level education in a related principle
- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets, Insurance, Investment Banking or Retail Banking sectors would be highly advantageous
- Strong track record of project planning and delivery (for the Consultant/BB level)
- Demonstrable sales, business architecture and client management experience (for the Management/Senior BB/MBB level)
It is important to note that my client is looking for continuous improvement professionals that can demonstrate and 'add value' to their vibrant and forward thinking business.
