An exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Six Sigma team for a leading consultancy company. You will be leading and managing the day to day planning and execution of key projects involving Six Sigma and/or Lean. You will have experience in either transactional and manufacturing for at least 3-4 years and be able to deliver strategic projects successfully and train and coach Green and Black belts on the job. Delivering value to the client is essential and therefore your must possess strong change management skills to influence people across the different departments including board level.

Experience Summary: As a consultant you will have worked in similar roles for 4-5 years. You will have gained deep knowledge of and experience within Lean and /or Six Sigma with an active knowledge of strategic concepts, organisation and operating concepts and are aware of the actual business issues. EducationOpleiding wordt van minder belang geacht dan houding en ervaring, maar gedacht kan worden aan: bedrijfskunde, bestuurskunde, organisatie psychologie, onderwijskunde, maar ook mensen met bijvoorbeeld een technische opleiding en belangstelling voor organisatieverandering komen voor deze functie in aanmerking.
