A globally operating bank is looking for an indididual to support their world class Lean Six Sigma program and complete a team of four Six Sigma Black Belts working in the area of credit risk in private banking.
You will be responsible for identifying and delivering projects within this unit with a focus on - lead time improvement and efficiency gains.
The projects you will be working on are in the mid-office environment and as a team member you will be expected to have a strong but not aggressive influence.
Strong communication skills are essential to establish yourself within the business and be able to have a measurable impact on the overall organisation.
You are given a lot of freedom in your daily work which requires a proactive attitude to finding new projects and ways to improve processes which will result in cost reduction, revenue improvement and process streamlining.
Experience Summary: * Two or more years experience in managing and delivering projects in a banking or consultancy environment.
* Transactional background with six sigma black belt experience (certification beneficial).
* Successful leadership of process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma.
* Education in finance and experience in credit risk is beneficial.
Key Criteria: * Identify, develop and deliver projects which involve several divisions of the business and have an effect on both private and company clients.
* Innovative, analytical thinking and at the same time a good team player.
* Excellent communication skills to convey messages from shop-floor to senior management.
* Fluent German and English required.
