Six Sigma in Aviation

Hi,
I am trying to find a consultancy to assist with the introduction of Design for Six Sigma. I am having trouble finding one with the correct experience. I need to find one that has knowledge of Aviation design regulations (CAA and FAA)and also has experience of Aviation repair and overhaul, not just manufacture.

Does anyone have any suggestions???
