Green Belt

Hi everyone

I am planning to do a Green Belt project for my team (unfourtunately I cant as of now go for a training since it does not come under company budget)

I am planning to do the GB for my team which is a IT Helpdesk.

(They act as routers who route calls and email It request to the technical teams)

My aim is to do a project to increase the quality and standard of my team.

Since as mentioned i Cant go through a paid course right now

I would appriciate any help on

1) How I need to go about it
2) The ideal steps I need to follow
3) How can I showcase improved quality to Revenue ( biggest bottleneck)
4) Any refernce to free literuture or resource that can guide me would be very helpful.

any other tips and suggestion welcome including the kind of chart or parameters that I can use to justify my before and after claims.
