Six Sigma Manufacturing Green Belt (10 Days)

This modular programme develops a thorough knowledge of the Six Sigma tools,&develops the ability to lead small scope projects, as well as acting as effective team members on a Black Belt project team. Delegates will be trained in the technical DMAIC toolkit, in addition to the project management & soft skills required to successfully deliver projects & sustain improvement changes. Minitab training & a formal accreditation process is included.

Programme objectives:
• To develop a core knowledge of the Six Sigma tools
• Develop ability to lead small scope projects, as well as acting as effective team members
• Provide guidance on Green Belt certification process & discuss delegate projects

Course content includes:
• Failure modes & effects analysis
• Statistical concepts & Minitab introduction
• Data collection planning
• Measurement systems analysis
• Leading project teams & teamworking
• Managing process transformation
• Graphical analysis techniques
