Six Sigma Manufacturing Black Belt (20 Days)

As an expert process improvement resource, Black Belts are tasked with delivering measurable benefits through quantifiable improvement projects. This programme will develop Black Belts who are skilled in leading, executing&completing projects. They will be trained as experts in Six Sigma tools & concepts, & develop their ability to demonstrate appropriate leadership, creativity & communication skills.
A formal accreditation process is included.

Programme objectives:
• Ensure the DMAIC flow & application of tools are fully understood
• Introduce the leadership & change management skills to support the Black Belt role
• Provide practitioner training in the more complex statistical tools required

Course content includes:
• Project selection
• Quality function deployment
• Failure modes & effects analysis
• Statistical concepts & Minitab
• Change leadership & managing transformation
• Data collection planning
• Measurement systems analysis
• Implementing process transformation
• Graphical analysis techniques

Dates: 22-26 March, 19-23 April, 17-21 May, 14-18 June

Held: Smallpeice House, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
