The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program provides participants with the tools and methods required to make swift and impactful process improvement in their organizations. In this program, Green Belts receive the tools of Lean enterprise fully integrated with a subset of the more comprehensive Black Belt curriculum.
Green Belts will learn:
The DMAIC problem-solving methodology for addressing business improvement projects.
- Tactical and strategic components of Lean Six Sigma that generate bottom-line results.
- Graphical and statistical root cause identification tools including Correlation, Comparative Methods, Statistical Process Control, Source of Variation studies, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and more.
- Specific instruction in areas such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Mistake-Proofing, Kanban, Visual Management, Load-Leveling, and more.
Participants will leave with the methods, knowledge, and intermediate-level tools required to successfully address process improvement problems using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
