Advanced Black Belt Tools – London

Suitable for:
This module is open to any delegates who are already proficient in Lean
Six Sigma and Minitab but now wish to gain more advanced statistical
analysis tools

Module:
This 3-day module begins with a challenging Lean Six Sigma case study
that will take the delegates from initial project charter development
through a designed experiment. Subsequent advanced training in
regression analysis (with indicator variables, curvilinear regression
and logistic regression), hypothesis testing (non-parametric), control
charts (non-Shewhart) and Design of Experiments (Taguchi) complete this
module.

Included as Module 4 of the Black Belt Programme

knowledgeable. Great mix between slides, practicals and breakouts.
Folders are very simple and clear to follow. Very extensive in the
areas covered. The case study exercises were excellent in getting me
