In this workshop, Catalyst will build on our Kai Sigma approach to Process Excellence, designed to accelerate improvement and results. - Practical ways to get Lean and Six Sigma to work together in the same framework
- Which tools are being used most often in everyday projects
- How to use on-line resources when more advanced tools are needed
- How to use a workshop based approach to accelerate the different stages of the DMAIC process
- How to use a change model to overcome resistance and get buy in
- How to leverage the Define and Control stages of DMAIC for ongoing operational measurement
