Open Training Programme 2011
Catalyst Consulting and OpEx Management are proud to announce their joint programme of Open Lean Six Sigma Training for 2011. Courses will be held in France (in French) and in Belgium and the Netherlands (in English initially – later also in French and Dutch respectively). These courses are fully compatible with Catalyst’s extensive modular Lean Six Sigma programme in the UK where Catalyst is the leading provider of such training held frequently in London, Manchester, Stratford-upon-Avon&Edinburgh.
Our courses include:
Lean Six Sigma Awareness (= A) One Day
This highly participative programme introduces the key concepts and benefits of Lean Six Sigma,
including the importance of the ‘softer skills’ needed for successful projects and change.
Foundation Green Belt (= F) Four Days
This course will suit anyone seeking to understand the DMAIC process and the structure of Lean Six
Sigma projects. Focusing on non-statistical tools, it is ideal for members of Lean Six Sigma project
teams and project sponsors. The essential basics for those seeking Green Belt level or beyond.
Upgrade to Black Belt (= U) Nine Days (Twelve Days with Change Management)
This course builds on the Foundation Green Belt programme for those who need a thorough
understanding of Lean Six Sigma and how it works in practice. The course includes a practical training
on the full range of Lean Six Sigma tools. It is ideal for those leading Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects.
Change Management (=C) Three Days
This course is for those who need a thorough understanding of how to secure the acceptance of Lean
Six Sigma projects. The course includes practical training on tools and approaches to accelerate
change acceptance and handle objections to change. Recommended for those who have attended the
Foundation Green Belt, especially to those also undertaking the Upgrade to Black Belt.
Green Belt for IT Professionals (= I) Four Days
This course will suit IT Professionals who need a strong understanding of the DMAIC process and the
ability to apply Design for Lean Six Sigma to both existing and new processes in the field of
Information Technology. It is ideal for those whose Lean Six Sigma projects relate to IT infrastructure
and services support, and applications development.
