Urgent Contract – Business Transformation Consultant – Black Belt

Your main goal as a senior Programme Manager is to implement and introduce lean/Six Sigma across credit derivatives and end-to-end processes in Asset Management within this global bank.

You will have had delivered a sustainable and self sufficient business transformation/change management programme within 9 months across a project base of £20-30 million.

You will be leading multi-faceted streams of work on a large scale (i.e. EMEA/APAC)

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Operations within Asset management is required.

You will have the capacity to implement and introduce some Process Improvement methodology i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, TPS, Change Management across several banking sectors.
