The aim and vision is to expand the company’s Lean Concept across all other business areas: ‘We want the Lean concept fully implemented and operational across the business.’
You are to be employed by the Performance Excellence team in Customer Services, which is responsible for Lean implementation projects and concept development. Your main responsibilities will be to plan, organise and lead Lean implementation projects and to develop the company’s Lean Concept. You will be a Lean Facilitator and essentially work as an internal consultant across customer services.
In your daily work you are going to work closely with other Lean experts and operational line management, as well as with senior management and team leaders.
