You will be in charge to elaborate a corporate TPM management model in your market and region. As a TPM project leader you are coordinating the multi site TPM implementation.
• Drive the TPM implementation by supporting the plant managers, TPM coordinators
• Lead the Promotion Campaign for TPM
• Integrate TPM with other initiatives and departments
• Assessment of the implementation progress/ factories
• Coordinate TPM trainings at market level and cascade to the factory level
• Promote and support ideas, knowledge, and improvements
• Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate cultural change
• Communicate about TPM projects and their results
• Ensure that TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the market vision
• Ensure an overall understanding of the different TPM pillars and how they integrate through the TPM master plan to deliver the improved results
• Give feedback about progress on TPM to Steering Committee
