You will be working for a world leader in diabetes care and healthcare company.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be part of an 8 person head-strong team and have a handful of people reporting into you, depending on the current projects and programme needs It will be your responsibility to:
• Coach, train and support MBB’s in their project work as well as certify black belt Candidates
• Develop the training material used in the academy
• Support Green belts in their projects
• Assist Senior and Middle Management in their selection and launching of projects and help them sustain gains
• Contribute technical expertise when projects are implemented and reviewed
• Co-ordinate black belts, sponsors and other project improvement teams. This will include managing the relationship between internal stakeholders (Senior Vice Presidents, consultants e.g.) and customers.
• You will communicate gains, development and rollout within the company and integrate the improvement projects with other business activities.
At the end of the first 12 months, you will be measured on the following Key Performance Indicators:
• Successful training and coaching of master advanced Lean Six Sigma candidates.
• Successfully training of 35 to 45 advanced Lean Six Sigma candidates and deliver coaching to 6 to 10 of them.
• Develop and Write Training Material for the academy.
• Complete 2 Key Projects having used Voice of Customer to choose and define these
Projects.
• Achieve Internal Customer Satisfaction within client’s site – based on the Evaluation that is done after each delivery from the academy (training-sessions, project execution or the like).
