• A key member of the Group business improvement team, this highly visible and strategically important role will be responsible for programmes leading to savings and behavioural change.
• Present proposals at department, division and main board levels with persuasive argument and competing business cases.
• Train, coach and mentor green and yellow belts.
• Lead cross-functional programme improvement teams.
• Provide ongoing progress updates to business sponsors and other stakeholders, providing reconciliation on programme expectations and outcomes.
• Ensure that the voice of the customer is heard during the process.
• Advise business leaders on the formulation and implementation of breakthrough improvement plans.
• Utilize and disseminate Lean Six Sigma tools and methods.
• Network and collaborate with other Black Belts within the Group to benefit the business.
• Act as a role model for business transformation to all employees
