Senior Manager – Insurance (Big 4)

Opportunity to join the Operational Excellence practice of a big 4 consulting firm, specifically within its Insurance team. It’s work is focused on designing
functional operating models, process re-engineering, operational improvement, M&A support and broader revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of client engagements, drive the development of the insurance practice (including the development of internal capability), and contribute to the generation of new propositions.

As well as a strong academic background and track record in consultancy, you will have relevant experience within a major insurer or consulting firm involved in either General Insurance or Life and Pensions sectors.

You will also have excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

The 5-4-3 model is adopted, so you must be prepared to spend most of your week away from home.
