As a Senior Consultant with the Operations group of this global consultancy you will work with big international companies and across all (mostly) production industries as well as government institutions and non-profit organizations and you will be able to make lasting and important impacts within these organizations.

You will diagnose productions worldwide, rethink production strategies, analyze solutions, pilot the recommended changes, guide the implementation and help to build the clients capabilities until they are ready to achieve their organizations’ most ambitious goals.

On Greenfield projects e.g. in Eastern Europe you will be strategically challenged and guide the entire phase of finding and deciding on the right location and planning of a new plant.

In the first year as Senior Consultant you will get to know the philosophy of this renowned global organization and work in teams with 3-4 members on transformation projects that last for 3-6 months. Thereafter, you will be on projects that can last up to 12 months or longer until the organizational and cultural changes are completely implemented.

You will receive leadership and operational trainings that will help you grow personally & professionally.
