Senior Business Analyst

My client a leading global services company is looking for Senior Business Analysts to join their Business Change team. You will play a leading role in formulating, directing and supporting delivery of strategic business change initiatives.

You will work in partnership with executives and other senior managers, deploying expert business analysis skill, broad business knowledge and specialist expertise to create strategic solutions that provide significant business benefit, against the backdrop of a robust business case and appropriate level of risk.

You will be instrumental in shaping the structure of the business change and have responsibility for leading the Business Analysis work stream. You will remain engaged throughout development and implementation to manage requirements change, validate the solution and prepare the business for implementation.

In addition to being a consummate business analyst with broad business experience, you will be a recognised expert in a particular subject area valued by the company. This expert knowledge is deployed in formulating strategy, shaping projects, providing consultative input to other initiatives and developing broader understanding throughout the business change community.
