My client is the world leader in the manufacture of large production machines destined for some of the best known brands on the planet. With over 50% global market share, there is no other company with the same level of custom and expertise.
Part of my client’s success is due to its “solutions” mindset. Capable of designing ground breaking machines, the company also has a very strong service capability. Engineers fly to many destinations to help install the machines at the end user’s plant. The engineers also provide flow improvement consultancy, not to mention top level after sales service.
As an Industrial Performance Engineer, you will work closely with your clients’ capital projects teams in order to help install, operate and improve these impressive machines by:
• Organising performance tests for complete packaging lines at the client sites.
• Deducing a plan of action for different suppliers and clients so as to attain contractual performance.
• Organise final action plans to formalise all procedures with project engineers and site technicians
• Communicate with the client on performance measures and action plans.
• Formalise customer quality experience feedback in order to contribute to overall continuous improvement process.
You will be required to travel to exotic locations for over 50% of the time, including the US, South America and Japan to name but three.
