o The main driver for this initiative is to identify and maximise the elements that add value through effective deployment of the production system methodology.
o Realise behavioural changes in client organisations.
o Support sites to deliver significant targets and building self sustaining Lean capabilities
o Provide leadership and guidance on the integration of various mindset and behavioural methodologies and Process Management systems into the sites.
o High level of influencing skills required and ability to communicate and influence all levels of organizations from plant managers, middle management and shop floor.
o Lead, drive and facilitate senior site leaders and change management teams in the deployment of the Production System, in various European sites.
