Regional Head of Process Improvement Initiatives

As an experienced Programme Leader, you will lead the implementation of Process Improvement initiatives in the Asset Management division. Responsible for end-to-end project management, you will lead a team of experts focused on three keys areas:
1. Strategic Projects
2. Process Metrics and Re-engineering
3. Process Management
Leading a small team, you need to deliver significant value to the key stakeholder in the UK (COO for AM etc). You will need to have strong experience in delivering change within an Asset Management and financial services environment.
