Our client is a global and rapidly expanding supply chain solutions provider. They partner with some of the worlds most successful global brands to become a part of their supply chain, and provide warehousing services, final assembly and production, quality assurance, inventory management, packing and re-packing, returns and repairs services and much more.
Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take charge of the quality assurance function at their site in Waalwijk. This position requires not only someone who can manage the day to day requirements involving shift management, staff management, customer liaison, and corrective action design, but they are also looking for a leader with the character to drive a change of culture for quality assurance and
continuous improvement. You will be involved with continuous improvement initiatives around lean engineering and process improvement, and ensure that your team of 15 engineers and technicians are engaged on these projects and are able to go forward in a way that sustains the changes.
