I’m searching for german and english speaking Program Managers with at least 6-7 years professional experience in planning and executing projects. You are used to handle big budget responsibility and leading contract negotiations on an international level.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of Program/Project
* Lead a cross functional team in the successful planning and execution of Program/Project
* Serve as primary interface to Customer ensuring they are represented and serviced within ELS
* Ensure follow on business opportunities are developed while strengthening the long term relationship with customer
*Prepare and manage project plans, schedule and budget to ensure project success in terms of on time delivery, product conformance to specification and budget.
* Validate project work breakdown structure and work packages including assignment to direct reports, functional managers and sub contractors.
*Monitor day to day progress of all project activities and take corrective action as required to maintain project outcomes.
*Report contract progress monthly against schedule, risk and budget including forecast estimate at completion.
*Manage customer expectations, outcomes and satisfaction against contract deliverables.
*Chair (or be the contractor lead) at customer contractor project status review meetings and maintain accurate and agreed minutes of meeting signed both by customer and contractor.
*Put in place project status review meetings with key sub contractors and maintain accurate and agreed minutes of meeting signed by both parties.
*Maintain contract integrity by means of agreed contract change notices
