Production Manager

My client is one the most recognised brands in the world. They have engaged Pacific in a search to find a “Responsable de Fabrication” which is effectively a similar position to a production manager or Autonomous Unit Production Manager.

Responsible for a unit comprising of 250 people, you will be judged on classic KPI’s such as Quality / Productivity / Financial and H&S metrics.

The site itself is 600 people strong and is only a few years old.

This is a genuinely interesting opportunity with a fast growing group that also happens to be leader in a sector that is outstripping many others in terms of growth.

You will be a part of a company that bases its culture on collaboration, openness and excellence. The group also prides itself on being able to offer quick career progression. This could come in the form of a plant management position or an interim position before taking the step into plant management.
