Production Manager

My client is a global leader in their market who is looking for an experienced production coordinator/manager. You need to be use to and interested in working in a matrix organisation with production plants and offices based all over the world.
This current position is based in one of the production sites in Germany with about 500-700 employees.

The client is a global leader because they constantly strive for perfection and continuously improve their processes. You too will be expected to have an open mind for change and always be looking for way to improve.

You will be expected to take over full responsibility for a section of the production and have employee responsibility from day one.
You will be held responsible for the quality, improvements, overall equipment efficiency and the product as a whole within this area.
It is important that you are very hands-on and can communicate well with blue-collar and white-collar employees.
