You will lead the creation of the Process Documentation function for this leading services business in the UAE. The Asset Management division for the organisation is currently 12 months into a service delivery programme designed to create value for the end customer. As a process improvement specialist, you’ll focus on the “As is” and “to be” processes across the business, thus creating a complete picture of the key operational processes. These will then be documented and rolled out in a best practice manner. As the programme develops, you will introduce more complex improvement tools like Lean and Six Sigma. Experience of ARIS is key for this role.
