My client is a well known name with offices all over the world.
As a process improvement manager, you will be an enabler for the organization to continuously optimise its business system for the benefit of customers, shareholders and employees.
You will be working closely with the senior managers in the country and regions to define and drive the most effective implementation possible. As such, you will have significant influence on how and how well the mindset is embedded in the organisation, and through that direct impact on the company’s profitability and ability to outperform competitors.
As such, you will get to design and facilitate business implementation plans with a change management approach – based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies – and with a constant focus on optimisation of business processes.
You will help Business Partners to achieve unprecedented and self sustaining improvements by facilitating the change process, generating clear directions and supporting key projects.
You will encourage and lead continuous improvement activities, ensure that the internal model (akin to DMAIC) becomes the way they work.
You will also be responsible for supporting the process analysis and change management efforts of global transformational projects launched by the headquarters.
You will additionally be responsible for coordinating and supporting local standardisation and off-shoring initiatives.
Active engagement with the regional and global community is a requirement to fill this role.
You will have one Black Belt reporting into you.
