* As a Process Excellence Expert you will play a key role in supporting the Operation leadership to continue the transformation towards the vision of Process Excellence.
* You will be challenged to develop and translate your process improvement experience and knowledge into business opportunities that add value and eliminate waste.
* You will report directly into the Process Excellence site leader, who is accountable for the Process Excellence program.
* Some of your tasks include e.g. production stabilisation, streamline/improve business processes, inventory reduction, flow improvements and lead time improvement.
* Prepare and align the project development with business objectives.
* Establish with management teams the priorities and projects in support of our business growth objectives.
* Plan, lead, drive and execute improvements and business processes to deliver successful results.
* Execute and implement projects in a way to obtain buy in from management.
* Develop effective end-to-end process control mechanisms and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Be a knowledge resource to the sector; coaching, mentoring and training others in the philosophy, methods, tools and techniques of process improvement to increase the organisational capability to respond to problems.
* Controlling cost schedule and goals.
