Master Black Belt – Investment Banking

As a lead MBB and key driver for Change Management and Six Sigma, you must have the capacity to work independently and execute Business Transformation projects across numerous departments within an Investment Bank.

Your responsibility as a change agent and will see you support the global Champion in project selection as well as supporting project identification. You must be a capable and pro-active implementer and disperse Lean Six Sigma methodology with a pragmatic approach across different business sectors and different cultures.

You will also be responsible for:

- Green Belt/Black Belt coaching, training and mentoring

- Facilitation and introduction of global change programme within a global Investment Bank

- Ensuring organisational change is being implemented from a senior executive level and involve key local stakeholders

This is a highly challenging role which requires you to understand top-tier execution and strategy within a global Investment Bank.
