Master Black Belt

The primary responsibilities of the Master Black Belt consultant at Director Level will include the following:

Execute high level:
* DMAIC projects
* Lean Six Sigma training and mentoring
* Design for Six Sigma project execution

* Help clients identify key business issues and/or opportunities internally. You will work with selected clients and senior management to design deployments to best attack identified opportunities.

Depending on the circumstance, you must be able to lead clients in executing specific DMAIC focussed and lean projects. You will also be responsible for general project management and strategical deployment at the client level.

You will be measured specifically on how you deliver tangible results at the client level and how you lead clients to success.

You will be ultimately responsible for the overall quality of your work and ensure it is undertaken in a consistent methodology.

Additionally, you will:

* Help develop new leads by presenting at industry events and conferences.

* Support the development of intellectual property and case studies.

* Help to recruit, develop and retain further professionals and maintain a non-hierarchical, performance-based culture that attracts and breeds exceptional talent.

* Coach and train senior and middle management.
