* Introduction of a lean logistics system for the new plant
* Setting up and leading the logistics team of the plant as well as developing and training these
* Implementation of an ERP system
* Developing and implementing lean concepts and tools within the plant’s logistics system
* Take full ownership of inventory management under lean aspects
* Supervision of management of warehouse inventory and deliveries as well as shipment of finished products.
* Ensuring the smooth running of the material handling and the supply chain.
* Tracking supplies of material and finished products.
* Ensuring all deliveries arrive on schedule and keep the operating the warehouse as low as possible.
* Establishing close relationships with Sales Department, Operational and Strategic Purchasing and Production.
* Establishing strong relationships with suppliers on international level.
* Ensuring production plans are met with on time supplies.
* Pro-actively driving lean logistics projects.
* Training team members on the job in lean logistics concepts and lean tools
