My client is a large financial services organisation who are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who is interested in developing into a Master Black Belt. Joining this organisation presents an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to be part of an international organisation that recognises and rewards good performance.

The ideal candidate will be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Accomplish innovative business process improvements
- Delivery of Lean Sigma coaching for Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
- Delivery of Operations Management training and coaching for a wide range of employees.
- Mastery of Lean Sigma Methodology and Operations Managements.
- Identification, transfer and implementation of Lean Sigma learning/best practice across Europe.
- Develop self to become a Master Black Belt through appropriate training
- A strong focus on rapid analysis, action, tracking and follow-up.
- Prove that change can happen in a positive manner
- Create early success stories for initiative owners.

Candidates must be located and eligible to work in the UK to be considered
