Lean Sigma Master Black Belt – France / Benelux

As Master Black Belt, you will play a key role in developing this global service organisation’s Lean Sigma deployment in either France or the Benelux region.

Since its launch in 2007, the programme has delivered significant improvements in both productivity levels and cost efficiency. With full board level buy-in, the company is entering the next phase of deployment, which involves a continued focus on Operations and a new focus on Lean Service within various support functions e.g. Finance.

You will be a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with practical hands-on Lean implementation experience, ideally gained in a mixture of Service and Operations/Production industries.

You will have a track record of delivering cross-functional Lean Sigma projects, coaching and mentoring Green and Black Belts through to certification, and leading/facilitating kaizen or rapid improvement events.

As well as being practical and structured, you will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive through results.

Candidates must already be located in France, Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg to be considered, plus speak the corresponding local language and English fluently.
