As a Lean Coach working on specific “customer improvement projects” you will collaborate and partner with the account teams and by using LEAN methodologies help them identify and eliminate NVAs activities from process streams. As a facilitator you’ll guide & help the account management team to identify additional value streams to deploy LEAN Work with the account team manager & business finance team to ensure benefit tracking & realization. As the Lean programme grows both in the region and globally, you’ll share best practices and lessons learnt with the Lean Center of Excellence and Global Lean Director
Ultimately, your work will enable the business towards continuous improvement of processes with Lean Center of Excellence and key accounts.
